Arctic!

We made it to the arctic! Woa today was hard though.

Gravel,
gravel,
gravel.

We made it though, over sixty kilometres. Also had to do my second greatest climb of all time. That was painful. Because we are heading steadily further away from sea level we get the uphills like before, but the downhills are almost gone.

Today was mostly a mixture of gravel and climbing in the worst possible way. We did make it to the arctic though.

This is probably the most remote place we have ever been. Definitely the most north. Many shops are unstaffed, available only by membership. That’s in the rare times you even find a town. Other than that it’s just gravel roads winding their way through the vast forests.

It’s beautiful. Though food is harder to come by. Power very much so. Gorgeous wilderness is not made of supplies.
